  • Shipping times vary depending on your location and carrier delays. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
  • Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses may result in delays or additional shipping charges.

5. Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • Your order arrived damaged.
  • Your package never arrived (confirmed via tracking).
