At Nice Cans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you experience any issues with your order, we’re happy to help!
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- You received the wrong product.
- Your order arrived damaged.
- Your package never arrived (confirmed via tracking).
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Refund

- If applicable, include photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Refund Processing
- If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or consumed products.
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier.
